Medical cannabis access for qualified patients

Membership Code of Conduct
Exhale Med Center members must abide by the following and will be required to attest to this during the membership process. Exhale Med Center reserves the right to terminate membership for any violation of our Code of Conduct with no warnings or second chances.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have state-is-sued identification to access dispensary services. Parents or court-appointed legal guardians must act as caregivers to obtain service on behalf of legally qualified patients who are younger than eighteen (18) years old.
Any person who is not a member or qualified patient, including minors, is not permitted within the dispensary area of Exhale Med Center.
All members are required to show state issued identification and have their membership validated by Exhale Med Center personnel prior to accessing dispensary services.
No alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons are allowed in and around the Exhale Med Center premises.
Members are limited to one dispensary visit per day.
Members agree to the limits on amounts of medical cannabis according to state (CA H&S Code 11362.5 & 11362.7) and local law.
No consumption of cannabis is allowed within 500 feet of Exhale Med Center Premises.
Never sell or otherwise distribute medication you obtain at Exhale Med Center. You will be permanently excluded from membership if you do so.
You should treat everyone on the premises with respect. You may be asked to leave the premises if you use offensive or abusive language or behavior.
There is no loitering on the Exhale Med Center property or within 500 feet within the Exhale Med Center’s property.
For your safety, keep all medication and plants out of sight before leaving the building.
In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from the staff.

As a member of Exhale Med Center community, we ask you to be especially mindful of our neighbors. We have worked hard to establish a positive relationship with our neighbors, the city of Los Angeles, and the police department. Please be respectful of our neighbors’ rights, privacy and property. Our license from the City Of Los Angeles stipulates that no one shall consume medicine within 500 feet of the Exhale Med Center property. We encourage our patients to help us keep our commitments to our neighbors by not creating a nuisance or lingering in the parking lot or sidewalk areas. Always be careful and courteous when entering or exiting the Exhale Med Center premises. These simple precautions will keep Exhale Med Center neighbor relationship in good standing and help prevent any legal interference with our operations. With your support we will be here to serve you for years to come.
